CANCELLATION POLICY
Lessons are planned to the best of our ability taking into account the forecast, tides and knowledge of local beach conditions however lessons may have to be cancelled at short notice by the Surf School due to adverse weather /surf conditions or any reason on the day of lesson, to ensure the comfort and safety of our participants. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any lesson due to adverse weather conditions. Should a lesson be cancelled for any reason by Summerland Surf School a booking in the next available lesson will be offered or a full refund will be given. If participant cancels within 5 days of lesson booking date deposit will be lost. Full amount will not be refunded if cancelled within 48 hours. All personal belongings such as wallets, phones etc. are the responsibility of the participant.
